Hadi Mixer Mills has been supplying pusti rice to Gazipur district sadar upazilla and Kaliganj upazila since 2022, as part of the VWD program conducted in collaboration with the Directorate of Women affairs and WFP. Additionally, pusti chal is being provided in Kaliganj upazila under the khaddo bandob programme of the Director of Food and Ministry of Food.

Nutritional rice is made by mixing ordinary rice with Vitamin-enriched rice (kernel), which contains Vitamins A1, B1, B12, folic acid, iron and zinc. Nutritional rice looks, smells, and tastes like regular rice, and it is cooked in the same way.
Mixing ratio:
The mixing ratio is 100:1, meaning one nutritional rice is mixed with 100 rice in 1 Carnel.
